Little Feat is an American rock and roll band formed in 1969, and continuing to record and tour to this day. Allmusic.com describes their music as "eclectic... bringing together strains of blues, R&B, country and rock and roll." The band members are noted for their technical gifts and polished professionalism. Some have described Little Feat's sound as "sophisti-funk".
Fred "Red" Miller is musican and higher education IT professional. He first met Lowell George and members of Little Feat in 1977, and has remained friends with the band ever since. Red is a former member of Knights of Crisis. As keyboard player and singer with Knights of Crisis, Red opened two shows for Little Feat. He now performs with Rock and Roll Reunion in Upstate South Carolina and western North Carolina.
Founder of the official web site for the Little Feat, Red continues to maintain "HoyHoy" the Little Feat electronic mailing list. He also maintains a tribute web site for Little Feat's late founder, Lowell George.
